  • What industries do you serve?

    Our equipment is suitable primarily for the construction and landscaping sectors.

  • What brands do you carry?

    Currently we carry reliable brands such as Kubota, Kobelco, CASE, Bobcat and John Deere but we are adding new equipment and tools to our rental options on a regular basis.

  • What happens if equipment malfunctions or needs maintenance?

    We will assess the situation quickly and determine the best solution to minimize worksite downtime. If the issue is minor and can be resolved quickly (in under 2 hours), it may be more efficient to send a mechanic rather than transporting the equipment. For significant problems, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

  • How is your pricing?

    We ensure our pricing is competitive by offering fair rates that match or beat our competitors, all while providing exceptional service.

  • How long are rental periods?

    Customers can rent equipment for as long as needed, with no restrictions on usage. Small equipment rentals incur a minimum 4-hour charge, while large equipment rates are based on daily, weekly, or monthly periods.

  • Do I have to pay for delivery and pick or can I haul the equipment myself?

    Customer can pick up small equipment if they have a suitable and safe way to transport.  We will deliver and pick up larger equipment at an additional cost based on the distance of the drop-off location. Delivery and pick up costs will be fully disclosed in our quote.

  • What are your hours?

    We are open Monday to Friday from 6 am to 5 pm, and on Saturdays from 7 am to 1 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

  • Is weekend delivery available?

    Weekend delivery is available if booked in advance. To support our valued customers, we will do our best to accommodate any Saturday same day delivery requests.

  • What about insurance?

    Customers are required to provide a certificate of insurance to confirm they have the appropriate liability and equipment rental insurance.  Our company name needs be included as “Additional Insured” on your policy.

  • Why the name Azores?

    Our owner and founder, a proud Canadian born in the Azores, deeply values his heritage. He chose a unique company name to reflect the exceptional service we provide and to set us apart.

  • Do you offer equipment training or safety training?

    No. Customers are required to confirm their training and experience in operating the equipment by signing the rental agreement. While we can assist with some technical questions, we do not provide training on equipment operation.
